噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

2、耐磨材料磨具出售率高，利于清換耐磨材料磨具；

3、包括電氣設備開關元件均主要包括原產廠品，兼具能力增強，安全管理靠譜，安全使用蓄電量長，維系簡單的；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、機器所應用單級收塵，首先級所應用颶風分離處理器，2、級用過濾芯式收塵系統，其總收塵速率高達99.99%上述；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設計自動有效控制選擇互鎖有效控制，當這當中一設計突然出現內部故障時，有關設計均變慢運作，噴槍變慢引射；

8、房體分為產品裝飾性設計的概念，外形簡潔明了、大方、技術規范，降燥使用效果顯著，且怎么安裝高效。
